5 Hour Beef Stew

2 lbs. Stew meat (cut pieces in half)
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups peeled amd chopped potatoes
6 carrots, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
1 med can tomatoes

Mix together 1 TBLS salt, 1 TBLS sugar, ½ tsp. Pepper and 4 TBLS tapioca.
Put in heavy baking pan. Mix all ingredients together using hands.

Bake 250* for 5-6 hours or until meat is cooked and vegetables tender.
