Buy box of brownie mix and bake according to package
Directions. If there is a change for “cake-like” brownies,
Beat 2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp mint extract
Green Food coloring (if desired)
Spread evenly over brownies and refrigerate until firm.
Melt together 6 TBLS butter and 6 oz chocolate chips. Let cool slightly, then spread over top of mint layer. Chill until ready to serve.
