1 ½ c. flour
1/3 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ cup canned pumpkin
¼ tsp ginger
4 cup milk
2 TBLS oil
½ tsp vanilla
In large sauce pan, heat 2 to 3 in. Of oil to 375*
In large bowl combine first 8 ingredients. Stir in milk, oil, vanilla, and egg with fork JUST until dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil, 5-6 at a time. Fry 1-1 ½ minutes on each side until golden. Drain on paper towel.
Mix ½ c sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in one gallon size ziplock baggie
Mix the 1 cup powdered sugar in another.
Drop doughnuts in and shake. SUPER YUM!
