1 med onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
2 TBLS olive oil
1 28 oz can tomatoes with liquid, cut up (diced ok)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
8 oz ziti or other small tube pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded mozzerella
2 TBLS parmesain

In large skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil til tender.  Add tomatoes and spices.
Cook and cover, simmering 20-30 min.  (meantime, cook pasta)
Place cooked ziti in 11x7 or 9x13 baking dish and cover with tomato mixture.
Bake uncovered 20 min.  Add cheeses to top and bake 10 min more to melt.

Wonderful meatless main dish.  Quick and easy.
