Cabbage Sausage Stew

1 lb. cooked kielbasa or polish sausage, cut into ¾ inch pieces
6 med. red potatoes cut into ¾ inch pieces
1 small head cabbage, cubed
1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 can of stewed or diced tomatoes, undrained
Seasoning: 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt if desired, 1/8 tsp. pepper
In a skillet cook sausage until lightly browned. Add veggies and seasoning. Pour tomatoes
over all. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until
potatoes and cabbage are tender.
