GARLIC BUTTER BURGERS

1/4 cup (1/2 sticke) unsalted butter, softened
2 TBLS chopped fresh parsely
1 large clove garlic, minced, I like to add an extra clove or two.)
2 pounds ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Prepare the grill for medium direct heat or preheat broiler
In small bowl, mash together the butter, parsley, and garlic.  Form the mixture into a log (or mound) and refrigerate for 5-10 min.
In large bowl, mix together beef, salt, and pepper.  Remove butter mixture from fridge and fold into the beef mixture with fingers.   Form into 4 patties about 1 in thick.
Grill or broil the burgers.  Serve on the toasted buns.  If desired, add cheese, tomato, onion and lettuce.
