Vanilla Crepes

1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 T. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 T sugar
1/2 t. salt
5 T. melted butter

Sift flour and salt together and set aside.
Mix milk, eggs and vanilla. Stir in the sugar, flour and melted butter.
Heat pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 c. batter in pan and swirl pan to spread the batter. When edges are dry, flip over and cook approx. 15 seconds or until crepe slides easily in pan. Remove to dish, keep warm and repeat with remaining batter.
Fill crepes as desired.
