Taco Pie

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 c. chopped onion

1 Env.(1 1/4 oz.) Taco seasoning mix

1 can chopped green chilies

1 1/4 c. milk

3/4 c. Bisquick

3 eggs

Directions

Grease dish (glass pie plate)

Oven at 400 degrees

Cook beef and onion, drain.  Stir in seasoning mix.  Spread in plate, sprinkle with chilies.  Beat (I use a blender) milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth.  Pour into plate.  Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and/or cheese.  Bake 8-10 minutes longer.  Cool 5 minutes.  Serve with your favorite toppings; sour cream, tomatoes, chopped lettuce, onions and  hot taco sauce
