Parmesan Salad with Homemade Croutons:

Make ahead croutons: Cube a French loaf of bread. Combine 1 tsp.
Lawry’s Garlic Salt, and I stick of real melted butter. Incorporate melted
mixture onto the cubed bread and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250
for 45 or, 400 for 10 minutes.
Dressing:
1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup oil
¼ cup white vinegar
½ cup sugar
Dash of garlic salt and pepper
Mix dressing in a jar and shake.
Tear two heads of Romaine Lettuce.
Add crumbled feta cheese and croutons.
Add (desired amount) of dressing to prepared salad.
I LOVE THIS SALAD, my kids eat it too!

Salad Dressing

1/3 cup white or apple cider vinegar
2 TBLS water
½ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
¾ cup oil

Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and shake well. Then add oil.

Sprinkle to taste poppy seed, celery seed, dill, and garlic.
Shake well before using
