Pepperoni Cheese Bread

Non-stick cooking spray

7.5 oz pack refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits)
 3 oz cheddar cheese, shredded (about 3/4 cup)
2 oz pepperoni, chopped

Preheat oven to 450*. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers; top with cheese and pepperoni.  Pull the dough up and around the filling, pinching the edges to form a ball.  Place the stuffed dough balls on the prepared sheet.

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
