Skillet Mac 'n' Cheese


Cook 8oz elbow macaroni (2 cups dry)
Meanwhile, in blender mix:
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups (6oz) sharp cheddar cheese
2 TBLS flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBLS oil

In large 10-12 inch skillet (I use iron), blend cooked pasta and cheese sauce.  Cook on med-low, stirring constantly to thicken and melt cheese...5-10 minutes.

Can serve as is, stick under the broiler for a few minutes, or throw in an 8x8 greased baking dish and bake and 350* for 30 minutes. (I top with buttered cubed bread or bread crumbs spritzed with Pam when I bake it.)
