FRIED FISH THE EASY WAY

4 fish fillets
1 c flour
2 t salt
½ t pepper
½ t onion salt
½ t paprika
4 T butter
4 T cooking oil

1. Combine dry ingredients in large ziplock babbie. Shake rinsed fish pieces one at a time to coat.
2. Heat butter and oil in skillet and fry fish, turning only once till easily flaked with fork.
