PUFFY GREEN BEAN-CHEESE BAKE

2 large eggs, beaten
1 C milk
¼ t salt
½ C fine cracker crumbs (saltine)
1 T onion, finely chopped
1 C cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
2 14-16 oz cans French green beans, drained
1 T melted margarine or butter

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease a 1 ½ qt. Casserole. Add beaten eggs, and milk, salt, cracker crumbs, onion, and cheese. Mix well.
3. Arrange drained green beans on top evenly. Drizzle the 1 T melted margarine over.
4. Bake uncovered 50-60 minutes
