1 lb ground beef
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 C fine, dry bread crumbs
½ t poultry seasoning
½ C catsup
2 T brown sugar
2 T vinegar
2 T soy sauce

1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and poultry seasoning. Shape into about 2 dozen 1 ½ in. balls.
2. brown slowly in greased skillet on med/hi, pour off excess fat
3. In a small bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs and simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
