1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach,
thawed and drained
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped (I leave this out or sub with onions)
1 loaf round peasant bread (optional)
1. In a bowl stir spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions until mixed well.
2. Cover; chill for 2 hours.
3. Slice a circle around top of bread and remove inside. Fill hole with spinach dip. Serve with vegetables or chips
