(a summer time staple!)
8 oz macaroni elbows, cooked, rinsed and cooled
¾ cup chopped celery
1 TBLS dices onion
Dash celery seed and pepper
¼ c carrots sliced thin
6 eggs, hardboiled, save back one for garnish
2 tomatoes cut up
Mix all but eggs and tomatoes.
½ cup Miracle Whip
1 TBLS vinegar
1 TBLS milk
Dash yellow food coloring (optional)
Add to mixture above and let stand awhile. Add eggs and tomatoes, toss lightly.
Top with one sliced egg and sprinkle with paprika.
