Susie’s Potato Salad (Cindy’s mom)

6 non-Idaho potatoes, cooked in skins
Cool, peel and chop into small chunks. Salt lightly

½ cup chopped celery
1 lg onion chopped
4-5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Mix potatoes, celery, and onion. Add eggs and toss gently.

¼ scant cup sugar
2 TBLS vinegar
2 cup Miracle whip
1 TBLS mustard

Sprinkle sugar and vinegar over salad and toss. Add MW and mustard and toss. YUM!
