Whole Wheat Peach Bread

3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup molasses
1 ½ cups chopped nuts
½ cup oil
2 1/3 cups chopped peaches
2 ½ cups whole wheat flour

Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla, molasses and oil. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. Mix well, then add nuts and zucchini.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, turn out. Use 2 greased and floured pans.

Note: Optional on the nuts
