BAKED SPAGHETTI

8 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken in half...cook per directions
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can cream of celery soup
1 cup water
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
pinch garlic powder
Mix soups, water and spices with browned beef and cooked noodles in 8x8 baking dish (greased).  Top with shredded cheddar and bake 30 min at 350*

I take this to every pot luck, new mother, new neighbor, etc.  A welcome change to standard spaghetti and makes great leftovers.
