16 oz bag frozen broccoli
1/2-1 cup crushed ritz crackers
small package shredded cheddar
1/3-1/2 stick margarine
Cook broccoli per package directions and drain. Make two layers:
broccoli, crumbs, cheese, sliced squares of margarine.
Bake for 20 min. at 350*
This side dish is the only way my kids will attempt to eat broccoli. I'd eat the whole thing myself, given the opportunity. It comes from my mom Susie.
