2 10 oz cans whole kernel corn with juice
2 1-ib cans creamed corn
2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter or margarine melted
8-oz of sour cream
1. Combine all ingredients in a SLOW
COOKER
2. Cover. Heat on high 2-3 hours until
thickened and set (at least 3 hours in
mine).
