Kielbasa Dinner

3 c. chicken broth
5-7 red potatoes, cut up with skins on
1 pkg kielbasa/smoked sausage
1 16oz pkg green beans
1 med onion, chopped
1/2 t. salt
1/4-1/2 t. pepper
Dash each of basil, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder
Seasoned salt to taste

Mix all ingredients in soup pot. Cook until potatoes and beans are tender.

The ingredients to this recipe were all I had to start with. I tried my own measurements and this is how we like it. I go for the whole 1/2 t. of pepper...helps to add a bite. Feel free to experiment with your favorite spices and portions.

We didn’t care for the potatoes so I make it without and we really enjoy it.

This is probably my favorite kielbasa dish!
