Slow Cooker Lasagna

1 pound ground beef
1 chopped onion
3 minced garlic cloves
1 can (28 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup water
1- 6 oz tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1- 8oz “NO COOK” or “OVEN READY” lasagna noodles
4 cups or 16oz mozzarella cheese
1 ½ cups or 12 oz cottage cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook beef, onion, and garlic together in a pan. Drain. Add tomato sauce, water, paste,
salt and oregano. Spread ¼ of meat sauce in ungreased slow cooker. Add ½ of noodles.
Combine all of cheeses. Spoon 1/3 of the mixture over the noodles. Repeat twice. Cover
and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Easy, lasagna!
